Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete a New Patient form. You can also complete the New Patient form in advance.
*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.
Initial Examination
To start, your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete a thorough dental exam.
Treatment Plan
A long-term dental treatment plan for you will be created based on your examination and dental history.

To book an appointment at All Smiles Dental Centre, please contact our office during our regular business hours.
- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please call us if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so another patient can use the space in our schedule.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. Please call us as soon as possible to notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Yes, our office is able to provide dental services in English, Hebrew, and Russian.
If you have a language preference, please advise us when booking your appointment.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we free on-site parking is available for all our patients. You may also easily access our dental clinic via public transit.

At All Smiles Dental Centre, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.
- Direct Billing to Insurance
We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can easily submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the requirement for paper forms and signatures.
Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to beginning any major treatments.
Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

All Smiles Dental Centre offers financing options through DentalCard to help you manage your dental payments at an affordable and comfortable pace.
- Payment Methods
You will need to pay any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance at the time of your appointment.
We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
